Which Way to Go?
I am used to having certainty. It would be great to have at least a mentor who had battled through the challenge of having certainty and learnt which way to go despite of uncertainties.
I've been listening to Zig Ziglar as well as tapping into Steve Marr on Business Proverbs which is great to feed in one's mind.
An insert from Ziglar's article
"Recently, we took the Gallup Organization’s StrengthFinder assessment. Our entire company did another assessment a few years ago called Heritage. I am fascinated with this type of tool, and eagerly took the 20-minute assessment that, when complete, would let me know what my five top ‘strengths’ are. When I got the results, Candace Fitzpatrick of CoreClarity shared her insights based on her company’s model. I found myself acknowledging myself in an admirable way. An unexpected benefit of this exercise is that I saw that my gifts are not in other areas where others are better performers than I am. The gift of going with your gifts is that you have the freedom to let go of those areas that are not part of your strengths. I believe God has a reason for creating each of us the way He has, and this was a great experience to appreciate it." ~Tom Ziglar
This article is still a reminder and a question of what am I doing about it?
We've got to live life to it's fullest and our fullest.
